Description:
These Paralegals work on employment law cases that have not yet reached the stage of filing a lawsuit or going to court (meaning they are still in a phase where the issue could be resolved through negotiation or early settlement).
Their main function is to support the attorneys in preparing the case thoroughly, making sure everything is ready if it later moves into litigation.
The Pre-Litigation Employment Paralegal acts as the main point of deep contact between the client and the legal team. They are responsible for gathering all critical information, building the foundation of the case, keeping the client updated, and making sure the attorneys have everything they need to either negotiate a settlement or escalate the case to litigation.

Qualifications:
- English Fluency (Speaking and Writing): C2 English
- Prior paralegal experience preferred, especially in employment or civil litigation
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable engaging with clients over the phone and handling sensitive information with professionalism

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English (C2)
- Strong legal writing & communication skills
- Paralegal experience preferred (esp. in employment law)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great with clients
