Descripción de la Oferta

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee daily sales operations, coach a high-volume team, and drive performance aligned with company goals. This is a leadership role focused on execution, strategy, and people development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring productivity and accountability.

Ensure the team has in-depth knowledge of our services, value proposition, and client onboarding process.

Implement and maintain standardized sales processes, scripts, and communication practices.

Set, monitor, and drive the achievement of team sales goals and individual KPIs.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.

Lead regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to boost performance and close rates.

Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior leadership.

Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and legal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall sales efficiency.

Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents as needed.


To qualify for this role, we are seeking:

Advanced English proficiency (C2 level) – both spoken and written.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement improvements.

Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboards) and proficiency in CRM platforms.

Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
