- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across ads, email, and website to optimize engagement and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and creative team to inform campaign strategies with data-driven insights.
- Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs, providing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking through proper use of UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform advertising strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, Google Ads management, and digital campaign optimization.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights.
Skills & Attributes
- Highly data-driven with a passion for uncovering actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and datasets simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
