Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to own and drive Atma Energy’s marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will serve as the primary responsible party for market research, marketing strategy development, brand consistency, and campaign design.
Primary Objective: Drive a consistent increase in qualified lead generation by developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our business goals.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing strategy, demonstrated success leading teams, and experience holding both internal and external contributors accountable to timelines and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
- Develop, implement, and optimize integrated marketing strategies with a clear focus on generating qualified leads and accelerating sales pipelines.
- Design and manage branding assets, marketing collateral, and omnichannel campaigns ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee and optimize paid media (Google Ads, social ads), organic search (SEO), and email marketing campaigns.
- Set clear expectations and hold team members and partners accountable for deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and report actionable insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage external vendors, contractors, and agency partners as needed.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, lead generation, campaign design, and team leadership.
- Proven success in developing strategies that increase qualified leads and drive measurable marketing outcomes.
- Proficiency with design tools or equivalent software for creating visual content.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO, and CRM/email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Experience working in the energy, engineering, or technology sectors (preferred but not required).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $20,000 – $30,000 USD annually (based on experience and qualifications)
