Requirements:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, desirable)
- Advanced English level (written/spoken)
- Experience working with factored AR and third-party payment processors


Responsibilities:

o Process daily accounts receivable transactions including posting payments and maintaining accurate customer account records
o Prepare and send customer invoices via email and/or mail in a timely and professional manner
o Complete new customer setup and ongoing maintenance, ensuring accuracy of billing/shipping addresses, tax IDs, terms, and contact details
o Process credit card payments securely and in compliance with company requirements
o Collaborate with the US corporate office to address and reconcile customer chargebacks and trade allowances

* Monday to Friday schedule
* Hybrid position: on site/home-office
