GENERAL PURPOSE:
Responsible for day-to-day administration of global compensation programs which include compensation analysis, database maintenance and support of various compensation and rewards programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Act as a strategic business partner to HR Business Partners, providing expert guidance on compensation philosophy, programs and policies.
? Conduct compensation benchmark assessments, incorporating market intelligence and industry-specific data to shape solutions.
? Provide recommendations on cash and equity compensation and job leveling.
? Continuously evaluate and innovate compensation programs to maximize effectiveness and alignment with business strategy.
? Assist with the execution of the annual compensation planning cycle, including modeling, project planning, communications, and training.
? Participate in compensation surveys, ensuring comprehensive market data analysis.
? Maintain compensation policies and plans, assist in developing best practices and process improvements.
? Provide salary recommendations for hiring, promotions, transfers, and pay adjustments.
? Act as a mentor to lower-level analysts and lead complex compensation initiatives.
? Contribute to salary structure adjustments to ensure competitiveness.
? Drive data integrity efforts and provide insights into business decisions through advanced analytics.
? Ensure all compensation programs comply with applicable laws and regulations, including pay equity, labor laws, tax regulations, and wage and hour laws.
? Participate in compensation audits, pay equity studies, and system implementation projects.
? May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field or equivalent combination of post high school and work experience. 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in compensation, with a proven track record of success in developing and managing compensation programs, including exposure to US and/or Central America employment laws. Completed or in progress certification in the field of Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, CCP, etc.) certification a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Proficiencies
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling).
? Familiarity with HRIS enterprise-wide software, compensation planning and design.
? Experience with compensation management software and HRIS systems (e.g., Payfactors, Oracle) is preferred.

? Ability to interpret and apply related US and/or Central America laws, ordinances, rules and regulations related to the administration of human resources.
? Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation base and incentive compensation programs, company policies and operations.
? Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
? Knowledge of compensation principles, including base salary, variable pay, executive compensation, job evaluation, and incentive design.
