Your Gateway to Fintech Leadership:
As a Fintech Operations Trainee, you’ll work hybrid (2-3 days remote/week) from our downtown hub, gaining direct mentorship from the CEO and hands-on experience in:
• Stock Market Mechanics: Manage investor databases, financial modeling, and client portfolios tied to tokenized securities.
• Digital Asset Issuance: Support end-to-end processes for blockchain-based capital markets transactions.
• Regulatory Innovation: Navigate cutting-edge frameworks (AML/KYC, Digital Assets Law) alongside regulators and institutional players.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Recent grad/final-year student in Finance, Economics, Business, or Industrial Engineering (bonus: stock market internships or coursework).
• Tech-Curious Builder: Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint + basics in SQL/Python/Power BI (or eager to learn!).
• Bilingual Communicator: Fluent in Spanish & English—able to craft investor reports and engage global stakeholders.
