Job Objective:
Establish and manage a dedicated logistics and customer service back office in El Salvador to handle order processing, customer data, and communication for all three sales divisions.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Entering and processing orders, tracking and updating order status.
Freight Planning: Monthly freight planning for 12 countries, including issuing delivery notes.
Data Management: Maintaining customer and material master data.
Backorder Management: Tracking and managing backorders.
Order Clarification: Resolving all order-related questions with distributors and adjusting to system-related needs.
Inquiry Response: Responding to distributor inquiries related to orders.
Price Management: Administering and updating price lists.
Quotation Creation: Creating and managing quotations.
Credit/Debit Note Processing: Processing credit/debit notes and returns.
Claim Management: Administering claims.
Offer Management: Preparing and coordinating all tasks and documents related to offers.
Requirements:
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN LOGISTICS REQUIRED
Knowledge of SAP
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
