The Financial Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the
financial accounting operations of the company, This role includes ensuring
accurate financial reporting, compliance with international accounting
standards, and efficient financial management, The ideal candidate will
possess a strong understanding of both local and international financia
regulations and have a proven track record in financial management.
Job Description:
Perform financial management duties including generating financial data
compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing
the financial health of the company.
Take charge of various audit tasks within the company, dealing with
assigned audit firms and ensure the audit work going smoothly and
accomplish within deadline
Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations
monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards
and assist with cash flow forecasting. finance team management, supervision and discipline
Supervise the documentation of the company's financial status and
forecasts.
Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders
and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's
status and financial forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
+3 years comprehensive experience as Finance Manager from big-scale
trading/manufacturing/sales company will be a priority
3-5 years auditing experience from big 4 auditing firms or similar will be
considered a plus
Excellent team management skills of minimum 5 members
Be able to handle all kinds of auditing tasks in connection with the company
independently
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and
industry legislation
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
