Ai United Insurance is seeking a dynamic and bilingual individual to fill the position of Assistant to the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining records related to maintenance tasks and vendor management.

Responsibilities include:
Record, process, verify, and maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks.
Keep documentation up-to-date for all inspections and permitting activities.
Schedule maintenance for company vehicles.
Receive, report, and assign technical issues accordingly.
Schedule and manage vendor appointments for various services.
Undertake additional responsibilities as they arise to support the efficient functioning of operations.

Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Full-time availability, working 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
Working understanding of Gmail and other G-suite apps.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to undergo training.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $720 per month ($4.50 hourly)
Weekly day range: Monday to Friday. Weekend availability required.
Language: English (Required) and Spanish (Required).
Work Location: Remote
