This position will require an organized individual with self-discipline, determination, and a driven can-do attitude. This highly visible position will play an integral role in the onboarding, maintenance of all system settings and structures that derive the economic model for all products and services. In addition, this role will play an integral part in strategies focused on system setup and maintenance geared towards the acceleration of successful execution of pricing and revenue management strategies. This position will work closely with various lines of business, development teams, finance team and revenue management.

Responsibilities will include.
• Responsible for ensuring that daily workload is delegated and completed correctly and efficiently.
• Responsible for Training new hires and integrating them into the team
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the teams schedule and ensuring coverage is available whenever needed.
???????• Responsible for administrative tasks and responsibilities.
• Review pricing requests and perform analysis & adjustments.
• Creating efficient methods for tracking system issues that may lead to revenue losses.
• Apply pricing configurations for different business lines.
• Troubleshoot system issues and errors and partner with developers, product managers, and IT specialists to quickly resolve time-sensitive problems
• Creating and reviewing revenue process for audit purposes.

Requirements
• Bilingual Intermediate English and Fluent Spanish
• Intermediate Excel knowledge required

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (but not required) with background in Economics or Finance

Experience

2 years of Previous Leadership experience
Previous experience in Finance or Sales Preferred (but not required)
