Descripción de la Oferta

1) Manage office/canteen
Office: Supervise cleaning service, repair, daily or periodic maintenance, consumable, stationary supplies, organize
office activities and previous preparation for meetings with clients, provide services to foreign staffs with airport migration
support when is requested, assistance for medical consultations, supervise office parking & access cards etc.
Canteen: Supervise cleaning service, repair, daily or periodic maintenance, consumable, organize weekly procurement,
daily canteen food supply to employees, organize decoration and festival events for Chinese staffs, previous
preparation of staffs’ events with clients, chef’s monthly OT report etc.

2) Manage dorms- hotel booking
Provide dorms rentals, cleaning and repair services, provide services internal employees of visit, keep track of the
percentage of rooms usage in the system, make hotel bookings & solving any inconvenience, assist procurement
department the negotiation with hotel about daily rate etc.

3) Manage vehicles operation
Track platform & projects vehicles about the fuel usage vs. km, request & review monthly vehicles´ logbooks, supervise
platform vehicles´ maintenance, assist in monthly training to all vehicle users/drivers, dispatch vehicles etc.
4) Manage assets control operation. Supervise the monthly office assets count & annually count of all properties that belong to the company, assist the
procedure to request equipment for office & IT rooms, manage assets scrapping, sale or donation according to company
regulations etc.

5) Manage payment / annual budgets
Review the monthly payment reports for all the suppliers and supervise that all the payments are done on time; prepare
the annual budget for the entire office, canteen and dorms etc.

6) Communication: communicate with legal, financial, other departments and suppliers for negotiation or problem
solution.

Requirements:

* Experience in similar positions (office management, supplier negotiations, payments, budgets)

* Language: English, Spanish, Chinese (desirable but not mandatory)

* Professional Knowledge: Knowledge to use Microsoft package
