JOB DUCK IS HIRING INTAKE RECEPTIONISTS



Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, usually a law firm.



The Intake Receptionist is the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. They help identify the extent to which our services match the client’s needs. The Intake Receptionist will also record details and case histories before a client’s appointment. They act as an essential part of the team to ensure a smooth flow for a client’s customer journey. Applying here is just the first step in our multiple-stage application process.







Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Scheduling meetings and consultations.

• Answering phone and email queries.

• Completing all intake paperwork and entering it into the business's system.

• Filing and maintaining electronic documents and records.

• Maintaining a lead generation database to support business growth.



To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:

• 15 Months r of experience in a related field or a related degree.

• Advanced or native-level English skills (written and spoken).

• Strong organizational skills

• Customer-focused communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Phone etiquette.

Strong time-management skills.

• Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed (at least 30mb/s).
