1. Work under El Salvador Office Finance team to manage specific tax-related functions in addition to
compliance-related activities
2. Support CFO and the tax team in handling tax audits, including but not limited to coordinate field
work, prepare paperwork, conduct analysis, and draft responses.
3. Be in charge of El Salvador’s daily tax operation (including but not limited to prepare mandatory tax
documents, provide support in business operations, review contracts and manage tax risk assessment) depending
on the performance
4. Have good experience managing the direct taxes, indirect taxes, international taxation, tax risk
management and tax accounting for the current and deferred tax provision
5. Improve tax processes by developing or implementing best practices
6. Manage and coordinate financial and tax audits, identify and mitigate risks raised involved in the
financial statements and tax related
7. Build relationships and interact with tax authority, consultants, clients and suppliers with the purpose
of provide excellent planning, consulting expertise for minimizing tax liabilities through application of tax laws
and regulations
8. Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law development and create strategies to capitalize on changes
to taxation legislation.
