Perseus is seeking an experienced Scrum Master. Applicants must have strong skills in utilizing Jira and Confluence to manage projects. This person should have experience managing cross-functional dependencies with external 3rd party vendors. Must be capable of facilitating planning efforts across multiple dependent teams. Must have a level of knowledge and experience to contribute immediately and effectively. Strong English communication skills are required.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience working in a Scrum Master role
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and related tools
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum development methodology (knowledge of scrum ceremonies, sprints, user stories etc)
• Experience working on software development teams with an understanding of application development and software quality
• Experience managing two or more teams simultaneously
• Advanced English level is required. (C1 -C2)
