The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term sourcing strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.

Requirements:
Good analytical and research skills.
Ability to create effective and creative job postings.
Good writing skills.
Experience in office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required 80%).
Background in sourcing, recruiting, and screening for all areas of IT.
Bachelor’s Degree or Currently studying last year of University (Psychology/Administration fields).
Multitasking ability, able to manage multiple sources of information.
Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Enjoys working in fast paced high energy environment.
Detailed oriented.
Self-motivated.
Team oriented, with a positive attitude and collaborative.

Main Responsibilities:
Work with US and nearshore recruiters to source candidates for various IT roles.
Assist in building a strong pipeline of potential candidates
Initial screenings of candidates for communication presentation
Formatting resumes
Assist in monthly reporting on recruiting activities
Create, monitor, and track candidate’s pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies.
Document communications and interactions with candidates in applicant tracking system (ATS)
