Purpose of the Job

This position is part of the Ria Project Management Office (PMO) organization, and is a full-time, permanent, on-site position. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, the IT Project Analyst will produce reports on Ria Technology Project Portfolio and automate tasks to keep it up to date, technical documentation about both Software and Infrastructure solutions, and will perform other Project Management related duties as assigned by direct supervisor and/or PMO manager.

Main responsibilities
• Develops a thorough understanding of the audience and the documentation required by meeting with colleagues, and working with managers to discuss technical problems
• Researches and builds knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented
• Researches and Develops automated tasks to maintain Project Portfolio up to date. Via API integration, Webhooks or in-house solutions.
• Prepares reporting (on-demand or by subscription) based on Project Portfolio needs using in-house solutions or creating own SQL Database queries.
• Maintains a Content Management System (CMS) and Technical Documentation repositories.
• Revises, edits, or updates instructions, technical information, and frequently asked questions as necessary to maintain updated documentation
• Determines the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension and writes and edits technical information accordingly
• Prepares or commissions graphics and illustrations to elaborate on or complement technical writing
• Meets with subject matter experts to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately addressed and discussed
• Collaborates with translators as necessary to convert writing into a variety of languages
• Creates, adapts, and follows project schedules and deadlines
• Remains up-to-date on technology and product development methodologies as well as universal specifications relevant to his or her industry

• Microsoft Windows 10
• Fundamental knowledge in Windows Server Environment
• Advanced knowledge in Office 365
Excel Formulas and Macros
Ability to work with large amount of data
• Microsoft Visio
• Intermediate Microsoft SQL
• Object Oriented Programming (OOP) with Microsoft .NET Frameworks (C# - preferred)
• Smartsheet/Aha/Monday or similar collaboration/work management tools
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)

Desired profiles:

Certified Associate Project Management

Minimum education requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology OR 3-years of equivalent work experience.
