Responsibilities:
• Manages long-term client relationships by keeping clients engaged and informed on their technology platforms and evolving environment.
• Responsible for answering and following up on all inquiries relating to the assigned account(s).
• Maintains up-to-date inventory reviews of client infrastructure with the expertise to recommend services where applicable.
Requirements:
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to communicate efficiently, timely, and professionally.
• Expert reading and writing skills.
• Must know how to read and summarize a telecommunications bill.
• Must be organized and capable of multitasking.
• High level of Eglish.
