Planning motivational activities of Talent Acquisition internal and external programs, control the image and perception of the referral program; planning and implementing strategies for attracting talent, controlling the results of activities carried out to monitor effectiveness and return on investment. First contact with applicants, appropriate tracking and follow up on candidate´s applications.

In charge of supporting both day & night events to promote TELUS brand, showcase available opportunities & requirements and motivate candidates to apply for our Open positions.
