The employee will be in charge of doing Level 1 customer service and tech support. The candidate should have a strong background in IT, and be a fast learner. We are looking for someone with a career in computer science or equivalent knowledge. Previous VoIP and Linux experience is not a must, but it will be considered a major plus. The employee will be working with DID´s (Direct Inward Dialing), SIP Trunking, SIP troubleshooting, SIP Protocol. Any knowledge of any SIP Tool like PCAP (Wireshark) will also be considered a plus. We are looking for someone with fluent 100% English without a noticeable accent. It is a full time in-office position.
What we are looking for:
- Advanced English Skills
- Degree in computer Science, Information technology, Telecommunications, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of SIP Protocol
- At least 1+ Year experience with similar position
- Understanding of IP telephony
- Experience with Linux
- High level of understanding of networking
What we value:
- Experience with Open Source VoIP applications such as Kamailio, OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH, RTPEngine, Asterisk and open source tools such as Wireshark, sngrep and Homer.
- Any another technical experience in VoIP; Development languages is a plus
