We are looking for an Office Assistant for a company based in the U.S. The candidate should be have advanced customer service skills and be able to multitask. Previous customer experience is necessary. The candidate should have skills using Excel. The employee will be required to take calls, assist in Billing, handle accounts receivable, and use Quickbooks to input expenses, create invoices, send invoices, etc. Any previous experience using Quickbooks is a major plus. If not, the candidate should be a fast learner willing to learn how to use Quickbooks.
It is a full time, in office position. The agent should have advanced English Skills.
