We are looking for a Level 1 IT for a VoIP company located in the US. The employee will be in charge of doing Level 1 customer service and tech support. He should have previous knowledge of Class 4 Switches, DIDs (Direct Inward Dialing), SIP Trunking, SIP troubleshooting, SIP Protocol. Previous experience with Linux is a plus. Any knowledge of any SIP Tool like PCAP (Wireshark) will also be considered a plus. We are looking for someone with advanced English knowledge and superior customer service skills. It is a full time in-office position.

What we are looking for:
- Advanced English Skills
- Degree in computer Science, Information technology, Telecommunications, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of SIP Protocol
- At least 1+ Year experience with similar position
- Understanding of IP telephony
- Experience with Linux
- High level of understanding of networking

What we value:

- Experience with Open Source VoIP applications such as Kamailio, OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH, RTPEngine, Asterisk and open source tools such as Wireshark, sngrep and Homer.

- Any another technical experience in VoIP; Development languages is a plus
