The Role of Supply On-Site Manager encompasses a variety of tasks to be completed in a timely and efficient manner. Our On-Site Manager is required to manage daily/monthly/quarterly tasks that include:
• Oversight of a team of employees
• Client Relationship Management
• Vendor Management
• Parts Sourcing and Product Development
• Bid Management
• Schedule and conduct Monthly Update meetings with client
• Automated and Manual KPI Report Maintenance
• Quarterly Review Meetings and Benchmark Reporting
• Product/Service Sourcing
• Vending System Maintenance
• Inventory Management
• Purchasing Management
• Warehouse Management
• Traceability Paperwork Management
• Employee Development and Training

Requirements:
• Excellent bilingual verbal and written skills are required
• 3 years of experience with an aviation MRO, inventory management, industrial distribution, sales, inventory planning.
• Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients
• Team Leadership and Employee Development to manage workers and train others
• Organizational skills to effectively process tasks and maintain an organized system for information and paperwork
• Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach potential customers/clients
• Must have reliable transportation
