We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for a company based in the U.S. The candidate should have advanced customer service skills and be able to multitask. We search for someone with career in Accounting, Business Administration or a similar field. The candidate should have an understanding of modern accounting practices. Previous experience with bookkeeping is necessary. The employee will be required to use QuickBooks Software to assist with accounting. We are looking for people with experience using QuickBooks. It is a full time in-office position. Advanced English Skills are required.
Responsibilities:
You will be required to use the Quickbooks software to: Create Sales, orders, invoicing, purchase orders, entering bills, paying bills, vendors, going through reconciliation. You will also need to place orders with vendors, contact manufacturers and customers, work as an office assistant, answer phones, etc.
