ANALYST CYCLESCHEME

Contact customers via telephone and email to collect outstanding payments at end of contract period and ensure the business tax implications are understood and maintained across customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Main contact for customers and partners
• Detailed knowledge of Cyclescheme business contracts, legal agreements and contracting parties’ responsibilities
• Tracking and follow-up of customer/partner payments
• Daily contact with customers/partners via email and phone for payment collections
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email
• Ensure alignment with overall company accounting and settlement requirements and policies
• Compliance with all financial controls and operational business processes
• Internal control compliance and improvements in all areas of responsibility
• Adhoc requests from business and head office

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field with 1-3 years’ experience
• Proficiency in English is required with high-level of reading, writing and conversational speaking ability
• Previous experience in call center type, customer-facing roles is required
• Experience using both Microsoft Excel and Word at intermediate level
• Must have a strong attention to detail, motivated to ensure accuracy of own work and drive tasks to completion
