BUSINESS ANALYST CYCLESCHEME

Ensure that all cash transactions are processed and reconciled with the company’s systems and external banks within the EMEA region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily imports from external service providers into the company’s Maconomy system
• Validate and enter cash into the company’s bank accounts and ledgers ensuring accounts are properly updated
• Handle 3rd party checks in accordance with company policy
• Cash allocations and reconciliations on daily basis
• Handle customer inquiries (phone calls and emails) and resolution on timely basis
• Matching of accounts payable ledger accounts and related transactions
• Adhoc requests from business and head office

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field with 1-3 years’ experience
• Proficiency in English language is required with high-level of reading, writing and conversational speaking ability
• Experience with accounting systems, bookkeeping, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accruals and reconciliations
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is required
• Experience using both Microsoft Excel and Word at intermediate level
• Must have a strong attention to detail, motivated to ensure accuracy of own work and drive tasks to completion
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work well within defined timelines
• High attention to detail and task orientation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and be responsive
