BUSINESS ANALYST

Working closely with the marketing team in Asia Pacific, this position is responsible to manage the day to day operations and execution of our billings cycle relating to marketing and product promotions run throughout our network of retail partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create Purchase Orders and Sales Orders in Microsoft Dynamics (DAX) billings system
• Ensure promotions billing cycles are accurate and up to date
• Work with external partners to ensure resolution of payments issues
• Adhere to internal control compliance and requirements
• Adhoc requests from business and head office

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field with 1-3 years’ experience
• Proficiency in English is required with high-level of reading, writing and conversational speaking ability
• Experience with accounting systems, bookkeeping, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accruals and reconciliations
• Experience using both Microsoft Excel and Word at intermediate level
• Must have a strong attention to detail, motivated to ensure accuracy of own work and drive tasks to completion
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work within defined timelines
• High attention to detail and task orientation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and be responsive
