BUSINESS ANALYST - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

Support Billings and Reconciliations in Asia Pacific region.

RESPONSABILITIES:

-Card processor reconciliations
-Balance sheet reconciliations
-Accessing the billing system for statements and other detailed reports for submission to customers as required
-Assist Management Accountants with various period end responsibilities including period end reporting and actuals vs. forecast variance analysis across revenue and costs
-Preparing vendor and card partner bank payments for some Asian entities
-Back up for the Accounts Payable tasks
-Internal control compliance and improvements in all areas of responsibility
-Adhoc requests from business and head office

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:

-Degree in Business Administration or related field with 1-3 years’ experience
-Proficiency in English is required with high-level of reading, writing and conversational speaking ability
-Experience with accounting systems, bookkeeping, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accruals and reconciliations
-Experience using both Microsoft Excel and Word at intermediate level
-Must have a strong attention to detail, motivated to ensure accuracy of own work and drive tasks to completion
-Ability to manage competing priorities and work well within defined timelines
-High attention to detail and task orientation
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to take initiative and be responsive
