SUMMARY: Responsible for performing diversified clerical and administrative activities to support minimally complex to moderately complex human resources tasks.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete and/or check HR related forms and documents to ensure that they are processed accurately and on time. Process administrative employee transactions which include hires, terminations, promotions and transfers. Assists employee claims and requests. Maintains records and files related to employees contracts and legal documentation. Manages and organizes motivational and corporate HR activities, including but not limeted to motivational, CSR and wellness activities. Assists HR business partners with HR inquiries from employees, such as vacation, leave of absence, etc. Compiles data, prepare files, reports and other documents needed. Provides administrative assistance to the execution of human resources and employee programs.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology or related, preferred. Or a combination of post high school education and experience.

EXPERIENCE: 1 – 3 years of general HR administrative support.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.

COMPETENCIES: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills.
Ability to document existing and new processes as proofread and edit text in various formats.
Ability to perform accurately in a detail and high volume oriented environment.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
Ability to gather, interpret, report and use data and other information concerning assigned activities.
Skill in preparing clear and concise reports, policies, procedures, correspondences and other written materials.
Capable of managing office practices, procedures and etiquette.

OTHER: Upper-intermediate English level.

JOB SCOPE: Position impacts multiple business units/segments.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
