Descripción de la Oferta

Responsible to keep all the physical and systems files up to date and providing analysis of various human resource programs and initiatives. Assist Human Resources Department and help with other administrative tasks.

Collect and analyze data.
• Track trends and developments in assigned functional areas.
• Conduct studies, perform research and prepare reports
• Keep records updated in all the systems, and safeguard and Archive documentation from our personnel to keep records updated in Human Resources files.
• Coordinate Fingertec ID creation for new hires
• Assist in supporting various administrative projects
• Maintain accurate employee records on systems and collaborate with corporate the HR/Payroll team and finance to communicate and track changes to compensation packages and headcount
• Continually research, test and stay up to date on all system updates and fixes
• Partner with HR Manager and Payroll on system upgrades
• Produce and deliver standard and customized reports, dashboards and ad-hoc requests based on business need
• Perform regular audits to ensure data and system integrity
• Assist with continual process improvements by researching methods to continue to automate and streamline processes
• Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related activities in a timely fashion while consistently maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Initiates and processes transactions for efficient workforce administration. Receives, verifies, and enters or updates associate data.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 1 year of work experience in a Human Resources functional role preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Sciences, Statistics, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft software applications, file management, imports, uploads and interfaces
• Advanced proficiency in Excel required
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system issues
• Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
• Capacity and disposition to learn new systems and software and create new processes
• Good research abilities
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Ability to translate documentation, conversations and messages
• Basic knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle, Visual Basic prefer
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically in Word, PowerPoint and Visio
