JOB PURPOSE: To enhance the employees’ English language skills (listening, speaking, writing & reading) using different approaches to teaching/learning, & a combination of both classroom & blended learning.

JOBS’ DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determine learning contents/objectives based on diagnostic tests.

• Design curriculum, timetables & courses according to students’ needs

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons (one-on-one & larger sessions).

• Prepare teaching materials & any other learning resources (quizzes, visuals, handouts, projects etc.)

• Assess & monitor students’ performance

• Keep students’ logs/reports such as: attendance, scores & performance.

• Report students’ performance as requested (biweekly, monthly).

• Keep record of overall English classes (attendance, drop-outs, etc.).

• Organize additional learning activities for students (plays, projects, fairs, etc.).

• Support Training/HR in other tasks requested (screening, translating, etc.)


JOB REQUIREMENTS


SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Excellent planning & time management skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Ability to use different teaching methodologies to approach adult learning.

• Self-directed and independent with projects and a team player.

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma

• Bachelor’s Degree desired (in Education, Learning or another related field).

• Approved test score for any of the following:

TOEFL PBT: 580+
TOEFLT IBT: 90+
TOEIC: 900+
IELTS: 8+

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3 or more years of professional teaching experience (at a school, academy/INSAFORP or university).

• Experience in online education is a plus.

• Experience in the Call Center industry is a plus.
