Responsibilities:
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Monitor and provide maintenance to computer systems and networks
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Replacing parts as required
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
Local networks and internet supervision
VoIP Systems
Experience with Windows and Linux servers and Office 365
Web pages creation and maintenance
Virtualization through VMWare
