Requirements:
• MPLS basic experience (REQUIRED)
• BGP configuration, implementation and troubleshooting (REQUIRED)
• Route Distribution (one way and two way distribution) (REQUIRED)
• DMVPN Configuration and Troubleshooting
• SDWAN knowledge
• Programing Skills
• Monitoring and NOC experience (REQUIRED)
• VoIP and SIP troubleshooting
• QoS configuration and traffic prioritization
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing & Switching Certification (REQUIRED)
• Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing & Switching Certification
• Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA)
• Juniper Networks Certified Associate - (JNCIA)
• Any other networking certification is a plus

Functions:
• Scalation point for TIR 1
• Take full responsibility about management of carriers and clients, until provide a solution.
• Monitoring active alerts, provide feedback to agents.
• Provide coaching in NOC and about technologies used by the company.
