• Provide first-tier and/or second-tier response to requests for technical assistance
• Work with a team to maintain and support local and remote computers, tablets, smart phones, servers, printers, network equipment, and common applications
• Support and maintain user accounts through Active Directory including rights, permissions, and appropriate groups
• Follow up on help desk tickets until resolved
• Update help desk ticketing system with descriptions of work performed
• Escalate more involved problems to appropriate senior technicians.
• Work as needed to assist Corporate and warehouse staff with computer and technical issues
• Provide audit reports to Senior staff for ongoing system improvements
Requirements:
Technical Diploma
Previous experience in: MS Office Suite, Office 365, Active Directory, Computer Management, Network Experience
Listening, verbal and communication skills
English Fluency
Schedule rotation evenings/weekends/holidays
