Education: Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of five years’ proven experience in Admissions or Sales preferably in University/College settings. Management and human resources development.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Ability to plan, to organize, direct, control activities and meet weekly goals
• Excellent negotiator with sales experience
• Extensive knowledge of Latin America, particularly Central America, and United States student markets
• Highly effective and advanced communications skills in English & Spanish
• Very good negotiator and high level of accuracy
• Very effective organizational & time management skills are required
