Job purpose
This position will be responsible to design and implement process improvements working together with Business and Technology Partners. Across related companies. Create business process maps to document current and future state processes. Create and maintain strong relationship with business partners and project team members. Provide periodic updates to executives regarding project/program status.
Duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Map and document currents key business process
Creation of business cases for improvements initiatives
Support development of improvements in process across the companies
Design and implement smooth, speedy and efficient process improvements for the holding
Assist in problem-solving on related topics between operational departments and finance departments
Key Processes
Assess, evaluate and review operational and financial process
Implement change management initiatives
Leading process redesign workshops
Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance
Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users
Applying their knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPM) to documenting processes.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Four year college degree in Business, Statistics, Finance or related field
Knowledge of maintenance, repairing and overhauling process is a plus
Knowledge of BPM, Kanban, Kaizen and Lean methodology is a plus
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint are required.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in oral and written form.
Ability to gather and document business requirements, follow standard practices for requirements gathering, and committed to ensure that systems delivered are of high quality and meet all customer requirements.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analysis skills.
