Key cash operations support to the Treasury department. Responsibilities include swift wire processing, reporting, and other treasury operations tasks or reporting as required to support business needs

Responsibilities

Work closely and independently with internal partners to complete SWIFT transfers, recommend Foreign Currency (FX) derivatives based on cash reporting, resolve issues, and follow up on pending requests. Departments include SWIFT Support, FX Trading and Forecasting departments, Accounts Payable departments, and any other entities as required.
Independently manage routine and ad-hoc treasury responsibilities and organize workload to ensure tasks are completed and resolved within established guidelines.
Update treasury reports as required. Download data from various reporting systems, or other applicable application for use to update reports.
Complete other treasury and ad-hoc reporting as necessary.


Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent and/or 1 year of relevant work experience
Work well with minimal supervision in a creative and fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is required
Demonstrates initiative
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word
Requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to communicate in an effective, clear, and concise manner.
Experience in customer service setting – high-volume of transactions and/or calls inbound and outbound preferred
