We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to play a key role in the Group Online marketing team. Come join an experienced and dynamic team at the forefront of applying technology to the world of online recruitment!

Responsibilities:
•Translate the business needs into an online marketing strategy for the group websites.
•Manage budget and optimize a balanced traffic mix (SEA/PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Partners, Remarketing, Social, etc.) to reach the objectives.
•Manage the stakeholders’ expectations and build trust with them.
•Report and analyse traffic and market data
•Give advice and support to the local Marketing Executive in the different countries and ensure the implementation of best practices in all countries involved.

Skills & Requirements:
•3+ years of proven experience managing SEM/SEA/PPC marketing models
•Strong statistical and analytical background
•Experience in performance-based online marketing
•Google Adwords certified
• Be proactive, creative and come up with innovative ideas to support the business
•English proficiency
•Excellent communication skills
•Adobe marketing cloud experience is a plus
