We are looking for an experienced technology professional to help deliver a world class experience to our clients that use our proprietary SophiaTM tool for Technology Expense Optimization (“TEO”). Our clients want to have a detailed understanding of all of the technology services they have across their organization, including how much they cost, where they are located, what the contract terms are and how they are being billed for those services
Process Client Invoices in Sophia:
* Track client invoices expected to be received using Sophia administrative reports
* Obtain client invoices from supplier files, supplier portals or physical delivery
* Process client invoices into Sophia tool
* Research and resolve invoice exception alerts
A qualified candidate will be:
* Organized
* Detail oriented
* A team player
* Committed to providing excellent customer service
A qualified candidate should have:
* 3-5 years of technology experience, preferably telecommunications focused
* Working knowledge of technology products
* Working knowledge of CSRs
* Strong data entry skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, Skype, One Note
