Manages and has responsibility for all activities within assigned customer accounts.
Obtain maximum business while maintaining a high degree of customer confidence to include: pricing, delivery, technical information, and order maintenance. Provide support for field sales representatives.
Background & Experience:
• Fluent English (verbal and written is a must).
• Proficiency with Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
• Strong communication skills.
• Two years experience in a customer service related field (preferred)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer questions from customers, sales representatives, and/or distributors.
• Prepare quotes and provide delivery information on new or existing orders.
• Perform other various duties as assigned.
• Ability to function under pressure and deadlines.
