The Senior QA Engineer will be working within talented teams to ensure that products are efficient and high quality. We are looking for people with passion for constant improvement. You will be designing the test strategy, including some web based applications as well as backend test strategies. You will be responible for executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected. The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility.

Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and schedule the use of the test enviroment at different periods, for the differents squads/projects
•Request, compilate and present the QA basic metrics for each project, such as amount of TKT with QA Pass status, re-test volume, test types standard, etc.
•Actively participate on the current development methodology artifacts (for instance, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, etc)
•Creation and continuos validation of the checklist required to keep the automated test flows/scenarios updated.
•Continuous check and validation of the resource and timing for the test plan of a specific sprint/release; flagging accordingly when any risk is present
•Test planning for specific sprints/projects and define which activities that are going to be in QA scope, including the scheduling and the expected results.

Requirements:
•2+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience
•Software Testing: Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance. Test plan/Test cases/QA Reporting
•Proficient at designing test cases
•Proficient analyzing test results and performing root cause analysis
•Strong analysis skills
•Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability
•Strong analytical and leadership skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Experience of Waterfall or Agile methodologies would be beneficial
