POSITION PURPOSE
The primary goal of the Training Development Manager is to create and design best-in-class training materials that increase the effectiveness of our sales field by shortening the SEE-DO-TRAIN timeline thereby enabling leaders to create leaders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for
• Writing and developing engaging training and communications content for our independent sales field
• Writing, creating and managing audio and video projects and online tutorials
• Managing foreign office training support team to facilitate updates to worldwide training seminars
• Ensuring training material adheres to brand guidelines established by Marketing Department
• Identify changes in forms, literature, process, or product that impact training seminars
• Interfacing with foreign offices to gather materials and information
• Development of Mobile training and conversion of existing Rena Ware University to mobile
• Developing corresponding training materials in Spanish
• Compliance in training with foreign and local legal requirements and comply with DSA Code of Ethics
• Managing projects through the internal review loop and legal review
• Maintenance of original training files (electronic and physical)
• Managing updates to Rena Ware University and RWU on Rena Drive
• Working with Director of Sales to lead the implementation of best practice strategies and the selection of third-party vendors that will incorporate new best practices into the discipline
• Assisting in the evaluation of emerging training technology and tools
• Working with Director of Sales to implement training strategy and managing associated budgets

QUALIFICATIONS
Should:
• Be proficient in both English and Spanish
• Have a minimum of three to five years’ direct sales experience
• Have knowledge of sales/ recruiting processes and techniques
• Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development of recruiting, sales and leadership development training to be used by the field
• Have a high level of proficiency with MS Word and PowerPoint
• Have experience developing training materials for use in multimedia including audio and video training and mobile training
• Be able to juggle multiple projects. prioritize work assignments and deliver within deadlines
• Have the ability to wade through and review complex materials which may be poorly organized and poorly written and then organize and re-write them to conform to instructional design, training methodology and industry best practices
• Be able to interface with all levels of the organization and negotiate agreement on conflicting opinions
• Present a strong professional image
• Have the ability to work with minimal direction, tap into a depth of current knowledge, bring new ideas and at the same time remain open to suggestions
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills

Desirable Knowledge:
• Some working knowledge of software such as Camtasia, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, VideoScribe would be helpful
• Understanding of basic legal issues regarding direct selling, recruiting, and earnings claims
