Descripción de la Oferta

SUMMARY: The Office Services coordinator performs a wide variety of clerical and office administrative duties, which includes providing a high level of customer service, create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist with office services tasks such as: monitor office supplies Inventory and purchasing
* Supermarket Purchasing
* Assist with day to day maintenance of the facilities, placing maintenance requests with vendors and building management
* Preparing workstations for new hires (badge, access cards, parking space, tag names, control of internal distribution email lists etc.)
* Control of finger print reports of digital clock
* Control of Employees’ meal and transportation for Over Time
* Issue and distribute badges for Central America employees
* Office services petty Cash
* Visitors’ transportation, meal, meeting planning
* Support to events and trainings inside the office
* Other administrative responsibilities as assigned

EDUCATION:

* High School degree
* 2nd year university in Business Administration/ Marketing preferred

EXPERIENCE:
* 3 – 5 years administration experience preferred
* Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
* Prior office services or customer service experience preferred.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:
* Uses various PC software packages such as spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, etc., to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents. May provide support to multiple professionals or departments.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
* Excellent interpersonal relationships
* Fully bi-lingual (English/ Spanish)
