Responsible for monitoring cash flows, costs and budgets of the Facilities Department, in order for all the expenses to be properly supported and authorized by the General Administration Manager, is also responsible for preparing the projection of costs in the area.

Monitor and analyze the various expenses incurred in the department in order to identify ways to optimize the resources allocated to the area; present costs and expenses report incurred at the level of all subunits of the department for decision-making; working together with the Team Leaders of the different subunits of the department,the expenses or requirements incurred for the proper development of the area; prepare and follow up monthly reports on fulfillment of KPI 's, elaborate the budget assigned to the department in order to provide the expenses or activities planned in the department; prepare and present to Finance the Expense Liquidations, in order to be processed in the corresponding period, avoiding delays or inconvenience; prepare and submit to Labor Relations the OT’s report performed in the department in order that all employees receive payment for the corresponding period; among others.

Requirements:
- English - 75 %
- University Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related career.
- At least 1 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
- Budget elaboration - Intermediate.
- Accounting (income and expenses, depreciation, etc.) - Intermediate.

Desirable:
- Knowledge Industry Call Center.
- Previous experience in budgeting or Cash Flows.
