SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing technical support to end users of PC, printers, scanners, handhelds. Perform various system administrative tasks on Windows10 systems including: health checks, routine disk cleanup, maintaining configuration files and applying OS, installing and configuring hardware and software.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Respond and resolve Service Desk incidents and requests.
* Solve end-user PC, printer and scanner hardware, Network, OS and software problems in the most efficient manner
* Simulate or recreate user problems in a test environment to resolve operating problems.
* Research and recommend systems modifications to reduce end-user troubles
EDUCATION:
University studies in Computer Science, preferred or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
* At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting PC Hardware and software
* Basic networking knowledge.
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc.)
* Experience with VMware virtual PC environment.
* Experience with communication tools such as webex, IP Communicator, Skype.
* Basic support experience on VoIP phone
