GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures that Bills of Lading are completed and invoices are delivered with timeliness and high degree of accuracy.
2. Process information into the freight services applications to ensure that the documentation process flows as scheduled, based on documents submitted by our customers
3. Release documents according to the instructions provided by customer’s
4. Keep the Supervisor and Manager informed of any situation that may impact service, cargo delivery at destination and/or customer satisfaction.
5. Summarize a daily production report

EXPERIENCE: Entry Level: minimum 6 months to 1 year of general office experience or minimum 6 months transportation experience. For those working in a call center environment, employee must have a minimum of 1 year working with customers as a primary job function.

COMPETENCIES: Data entry skills. Oriented to reach goals, positive attitude to the job, multi task skills, open to work over time when required. Bilingual English/ Spanish is required/ written and verbal English communication skills, Detail-oriented. Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up, Working knowledge of Microsoft office Products, especially Outlook and Excel
