Responsibilities
Remote Windows Desktop Support
POS Terminal Support for credit / debit card transactions
Phone and Email Support
Installation of hardware and software systems
Monitoring of logs to pre-empt potential problems;
Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
Documenting issues and troubleshooting in a ticketing system
Identify trends to assist in future problem resolution
Dispatching support
Fault notification, errors reporting, and escalations of faults / errors
