Purpose of the job

This role will develop a comprehensive on-boarding program to cover all TRG Compliance products, services and systems, as well as facilitate ongoing service and leadership workshops for new hires and current employees. This position will be a seasoned trainer, fluent in Spanish and English, with experience in needs of assessment, instructional design and facilitation. Will work along with supervision staff preparing reports for top management. This person will have a highly visible role and will have major impact supporting new hire knowledge and preparing monthly follow up for TRG staff to assess areas of improvement as well as Support supervisors staff by identifying needs of training for TRG staff



General Description

Responsible and accountable for the development and facilitation of training programs for TRG Compliance Department at Ria El Salvador, with emphasis on service, product and systems training for internal employees.



Job Functions/Responsibilities

Facilitate systems training
Facilitate product and service training
Develop and conduct training for new hires
Work with and coach supervisors to develop their leadership skills
Develop training curriculum for products and systems
Update existing training on compliance requirements.
Keep abreast of various delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems necessary for training
Update the compliance TRG Training Manual
Support Team Leaders and Supervisors providing coaching sessions based on escalations from the Quality Department or based on identified needs of employees
Provide continuous assessment to employees based on metrics and KPI’s previously established for management
Support supervisor by performing a monthly post transactional review of transactions above BSA regulation to get findings and work for improvements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree minimum, preferred or equivalent on experience


Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance TRG working with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know your customer (KYC) and due diligence controls.
Training experience in a call center environment preferred.
