JOB SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, responsible for preparing invoices for different Business Units. May update or recommend improvements to internal processes. Duties include activities such as ensuring the timely issuing of invoices or credit memos. This might include verification of posting of cash receipts and void invoices as necessary.

1. Prepare and process invoices in Lawson BL
2. Download and organize back up for invoices.
3. Reconcile Task orders
4. Monitor Review/Approve FileNet queue
5. Follow up with Business units

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, audit or finance; or a combination of post high school and equal experience may be substituted for education.


REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess strong PC skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel;
1 - 2 years experience in accounting services. The ideal candidate must have experience in AP/AR. Must be able to multi task and remain organized. Intermediate to advance level MS Word and Excel skills required.
Fully bi-lingual (English / Spanish)

All Crowley positions require proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Some positions may also include proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
