JOB PURPOSE
Manage supply contracts, supplier relations and users in selected spend categories:
• Prepare and facilitate supplier business review meetings and annual assessments
• Coordinate supplier performance improvement initiatives and prepare claims
• Coordinate the phase-in and phase-out of contracts with the Business
• Measure contract compliance, both by suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain the contract repository
• Support procure-to-pay transactions by implementing catalogues and ensure the required master data is available
• Supervise timely delivery, GRN, and payment for critical contracts

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support Category Management
o Provide visibility over the supplier & contract performance and user satisfaction
o Facilitate the supply risks assessment across spend categories
o Detail the supply relationship management program that addresses the category needs

• Support Strategic Sourcing
o Provide ad hoc support to sourcing initiatives
o Share performance issues of suppliers & contracts, to help fine-tune future contracts
o Support ad hoc contract detailing and contract finalization

• Manage the Supplier Relationship
o Coordinate supplier performance measurement, initiate improvements when required
o Prepare Review Meetings with suppliers, analyze and consolidate inputs
o Facilitate Review Meetings with suppliers, elaborate conclusions and action points
o Coordinate and help organize annual performance assessments
o Organize and facilitate follow-up meetings with suppliers
o Capture, formalize and escalate supplier issues and claims
o Support improvement programs with suppliers
